My sister and I visited this bank due to some issue with our credit card.
The lady who attended the "Personal Banking" section was awfully unwelcoming and unwilling to help us out. She made no efforts to help us out. She did not even tried to understand what exactly my sister was trying to explain to her.
Earlier, I was looking to get an account opened into "Kotak Mahindra Bank", but now after experiencing this matter, I am definitely not willing to.
