★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Bad... I get calls from Staff Named NEHA - Loan Recovery Department.. For no where related to that loan. Even after telling her several times that Im no where connected to that loan account and the account holder. I should tell you first of all she uses abusive words, and very slang, doesn't even understand English, being a Bank Employee. Moreover when i reject her calls from my Mobile Phone i started getting calls on my Office Land Phone at Working Hours!! How dis-mannered, disgusting girl, tries to disturb me at work and uses abusive language, and forcefully tells me that Im related to that loan account, how irritating is that. I get back to back calls like 20 times at my work place which is so annoying and in-spite of giving her several warnings.... she continues to do same..

Having heard about their 811 account and simple procedures to open an account online, prompted me to do so. As per system, KYC verification to be done and I have opted for getting it done at their nearest branch from my residence.
Visited Bommasandra branch and the experience was bitter. The manager is not customer oriented. Directed me to go to a lady staff, she directed me to another. Finally went back to manager. As per him, this branch is not geared up to do a full KYC and asked me to visit their Bommanahalli branch.
This Bommasandra branch, I would say the entire staffs are not courteous or customer friendly. Their behavior is like PSU Bank employees. " We are doing favour to customers and they depend upon Us'.
This attitude is an indication of disasters.
