Very low species and congested area. staff is very lazy and do work very slowly. Most of the time there server is slow so you have to wait for it. Kotak management look after this matter.

Very poor service regarding banking. Very poor assistance. Too much issues of their technology and network. I been trying to get a passbook after waiting for 3-4 hr they said our system is not working. I attempted to bank 2times still I am not able get a passbook of my account.

I had applied for Women's Silk account and written a cheque on September. November has come to an end and my account has not been activated yet. The employees are extremely irresponsible. They don't respond to your calls or messages and are totally unbothered when you visit the bank. Extremely bad experience. I would advice strongly against opening account in this bank as their online customer care services are also very poor.

Kotak Bank is the worst bank, pls do not open the account in Kotak Bank. Specialy in Dombivli branch never help for costumer. I have account in Kotak from last 10 years. When I gon for loan enquiry, they said we will give the loan more than 25 lakhs. What about those people who have required less than 25 lakhs. They will never help u. I am requesting from last 15 days but till there is no reply.

****Worst Service**** My account was freeze exactly on salary day due to KYC, they woke up after 8 years, asking me to complete KYC documentation and even after submitting the required information/documents they assured me the account will be unfreeze within 3-5 days. No update after 5 days Sunday not included. Worstttttttttttttttttttttttttttt customer care service, though it is chargeable, the call gets connected exactly after 2mins:50 sec. When asked for help they have the same old resolution check with branch and branch will say check with customer care no resolution as of yet.
