★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service provide by kotak bank, i have an account in this bank since 2013 and i never get disappoint with there services. initially i have account in Ahmadabad branch, now recently i got transferred my account from Ahmadabad to Gandhinagar branch and all process was done very smoothly accept there was some problem in signature matching. im happy with there services specially internet banking, credit card and demat account.

The staff is really friendly and co-operative to customers also the security guard is so good,polite and friendly to everyone. Once he helped me to withdraw money. I'm really impressed by their facilities and I'd highly recommend this place if you want to open account or anything you need about bankind things. I'll give 10/10 points to this bank?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having 3rd class experience for the second time. Most worst experience ever had in any bank. I have visited first time in 2020 for account opening and they didn't even let me enter in the bank as they said banking is not allowed after 3pm hence i told them that i just want to open account and i don't have any baking related work. And today, i got call from credit card department and they told me to visit the branch. And after visiting the branch i met their agent and they don't gave me details of the credit card. And they told me to get information from the calling agent as they will not get the points for my credit card. The behavior of the staff was so poor even extremely poor. DON'T EVER OPEN ACCOUNT IN KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK.
