★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's been almost a year since I come here to deposit money in my friends or family's account, everytime I come the cashier is as slow as a sloth, like seriously they are counting money 5-6 times. I've heard that SBI is slow in services but I think Kotak bank's cashiers are the slowest creatures on the earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much slow? customer service, they mostly do things in confusion; which eventually led you to do more hustle for simple work. Even though you are a long time customer your relationship with kotak bank won't work here. Further, kotak bank phone service is worst thing that I've came across. Please save yourself and get good service from other banks.
