β β β β β I visited Kotak Mahindra, New Sanganer Rd branch on 22/10/21. I had a very underwhelming experience with regards to closing my bank account. The management was lazy and asked me to visit another branch. Worst part, reasoning behind their inability to process closing was limited internet connectivity. :(

I am very sorry to say that my experience with kotak mahindra bank, new sanganer road branch is poorer than the poorest, .
last Friday I visited to collect my wife's account pass book, bank asked me to come on Monday on 18/4/2022 . I visited again and they again refused me, at last I asked them to close my account then they assured me that it would take 1 hour to process and my balance would be transferred , but still my account is not closed and they didn't clear the balance, Mr mukesh and the guy seated near by him sad that donot make any transaction for next 6 months, it will take 2 days to close . forgot ur balance
