★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic bank branch of kotak mahindra bank limited in Rajasthan.Very poor customer service team for POS, current account and other facilities.
The employee's don't pick calls for any service help.If they pick than they don't help and instead Misbehave and quarter for there mistakes and delays.
Even the branch head is non responsive everytime.
Avoid doing banking with such worst customer service team and even shameless too.
Even after 1 month of raising help request they have no revert or remedies.
