★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointed by the service of Kotak Bank..lots of deduction without any reason..no toll free number..branch always asks to contact customer care..Customer care always asks to contact Branch..no one has any proper answer..Sales person even don't pick up the phone when I have a problem..policy and charges changes suddenly..Lots of fake promises..These are my personal experience..

How can anyone just say that Delivery of Debit Card to Address of RG KAR MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL is a “PROHIBITED AREA” which is just 5 minute distance from the Shyambazar branch and so couldnt be delivered !!! They didnt contact me also before giving such horrible comments !! Big Zero Star !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr.Nawaid Yasin ,manager misguided me when i went there to change my chargeable platinum card on zero balance ac to normal saving debit card by saying to call customer care. Customer care people told bank manager misguided you only u can change debit card type from branch. Just imagine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the branch for kyc purpose as I opened digital account Kotak 811. Nice service . I faced no problem here. Some persons will are always prone to making negative remarks but what matters , is the prompt service. After all , the customer care service is very swift , similar to Bandhan Bank etc. I use the atm and net banking for smooth and hassle free transaction. I think, I have much benefit more than I can imagine. May the bank grow always with its purpose to serving people in the banking sector. ??????
