★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Branch in terms of service and behavior.Kotak should provide their staff some hospitality training .Most staff working here are lazy and reluctant to work.Even the guard doesn't opens the door and sleeps during the day.The person wearing spectacles sitting left to the "May I Help You" desk is very unpolite and rude.Such behavior from a private bank employee is not expected and cannot be tolerated.Strict actions should be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kotak Bank really needs to close this branch and create a new branch in place of this. Extremely poor customer service. In every 3 months, the staff gets changed (either they are sacked because of their pathetic behavior or they themselves run away). I have been getting harassed since last 4 years. No co-operation at all from the staff members there. Very poor service. Please avoid this branch at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Mr. Uday Kotak - Kindly shut Mittal Square, Sevoke Road, Siliguri branch immediately or change all the staffs in the branch. Kotak Bank is an inspirational bank for me but this branch is so so horrible, even SBIs look good in front of this branch. You have to wait for atleast an hour here to be served. The staffs here just dont want to work. They are extremely rude and JUST DONT WANT TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS. I have had horrible experience at this branch since last 4 years and finally I had to close all my accounts here. Disgusting service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kotak Mahindra Mittal Garden branch is the most horrible branch I have ever been to. The staff at this branch are extremely unprofessional and they try their best to NOT SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I am a huge fan of Mr. Uday Kotak (the founder of Kotak bank) and the bank in general. But unfortunately this branch is the most harassing & unworthy branch a person can ever visit to.
I was an HNI customer with the branch and had 5 accounts in total. Now all the 5 accounts are lying dormant and the branch is so horrible that I don't even feel like visiting the branch and closing these accounts.
Dear Mr. Uday Kotak - kindly shut this branch immediately and open a new branch because this branch can never do any good to your company as well as to its customers.
Horrible, disgusting service!
