★ ★ ★ ★ ★ put 8 thousand in my account, now i have only 7rs without any transaction in a year. when i opened my account it was zero balance, how it became 50k minm balance account i didnt know.closed the account, got nothing. 6% interest is a cheating technique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service experience and extreme slow service. And I don't understand the logic behind take on and off mask in bank and this is the mandatory procedure in this particular bank and if you denied to do this all staff are shouting on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the center for a debit card issue after receiving continuous messages from the bank's side......the person who was sitting near the "help me" desk....was boycotting me and avoiding me and trying to send me away without helping later he rudely told me to go to another desk and the lady sitting at the other desk was busy admiring her apperance and recieving a personal phone call...without helping me at all..when i went back to the "help me" person after standing in front of the lady for 20 minutes he told me that he couldn't help me and later said that i should use it from the internet and the services won't be provided by him bcoz he's "VERY BUSY". I've had my account in kotak since 2012 and after seeing how they treat their customers I've decided not to invest any further. Since i have a transferrable job i asked them to send my debit card here and not to the postal address they said a clear no....and started talking to each other..I'm very dissatisfied with the services provided by this bank

If you don't belive go and visit the branch. you can easily observe no of customer is less than no of employees in this branch after it they couldn't give service on time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank and Kotak branch probably in the city. People are highly unprofessional, rude and totally lost. One employee contradicts another. It has been a nightmare since opened an account with them and it’s been just over a month. The only saving point is thankfully we did not started our business full fledge with them otherwise it would have been difficult to close soon. Definitely going to close the account. Another thing to mention is, although employees say that escalation can be done but no one cares higher up also at this branch. A bunch of totally unprofessional and unqualified people.They make a mockery of any and all banking rules and processes. Very ineffective and inefficient communication even by managers. Our first experience with Kotak and unfortunately it’s been disaster.
Please stay away from this branch.
