β β β β β Service is very poor and staff is very arrogant.
Last year I have purchased a bagpack, last week I wanted to have some minor repair, the store taken the bag and told it will take max 2 days. When I went next day to check they told me very rudely that the man who does this work has not been there, and we cannt guarantee he will come tomorrow also. Then I took back the bag. I tried to speak with owner also but he was even more rude than his employees. I would recommend not to shop from this store.

β β β β β Good variety of bags. I bought one big suitcase, a waist pouch and few locks from them. The staff is good and did not hesitate to show me options. Parking can be a bit tricky but the security was standing near my car, so I was worry free. Would recommend if you wish to buy any type of luggage with discounted price.
