★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice older, partially renovated, sanatorium with, nice Jain temple inside coplex, ideally located on easily accessible Lam road,which is in middle of both Deolali and Nashik road station .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic service of Kothari Sanatorium. Everwhere full of insects, flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches and many more. No cleaning at all. Taking clients for granted. The washrooms literally stinks like it has not been used for years. The handlers here are fully non cooperative and just keep saying things will be done but nothing is done.not a safe place for kids as flies do bite you badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amidst natural greenery, this heritage bungalows style sanataurium is best for peaceloving people. All the necessary amenities are supplied though there is scope for improvement. Jain temple within the premises is a boon for jain worshippers.
One of my favourite places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful small jain temple for worship. Mulnayak is Mahavir Swamy. The idols of God are very nice. You get good positive vibes at this place. Must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't enjoy as expected, cleanness is not there in room. We reached late evening, rooms were really dirty and shoe spots in bathrooms, bed sheets were dirty, next day we paid extra money n then changed.
Glass windows we need to cover with papers.
Garden is good n kids area is also good.
Rest all area is unmaintained.
Management even trust members are rude in talk.
New bunglow are good you should go for that only.
Electric bill they do like a loot, 3 days ₹1300 without using AC or anything.

Some windows glasses are not there, we need to put paper to save, washrooms are not cleaned, when we came during that time was very dirty and when we complained to Mr. Sanjay, he told you ce in evening so was not cleaned. When we complained to Mr. sanjay, he told we are not in 5 star hotel.
Even walking area is very dirty tree leaves are there not cleaned.
When we entered room bedsheet was used one, we paid extra ₹100 to cleaner to replace bedsheet, bedbugs are there in bed.
They do loot in electric bills, we stay for 3 nights n didn't used AC much then also they charged ₹1300 as electric charges.
When we booked that time cleaner charges were told was ₹60 per day, and when we stayed they charged ₹80 per day...
New bunglows were made but there also cleanness is missing
Mosquito problem is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premises is very good. Temple, garden and children play area are good and maintained. However other people who stayed here are not have good inputs on room maintenance and cleaning. Bunglow in premises are built in 1934 and looks very attractive from outside. overall feelings are good. anyway Deorali is very good place to stay and relax. We enjoyed our stay in town. Excellent climate and overall ambiance.
