You may get varieties of vegetables and fruits at wholesale rate as well as retail rate.
There is separate market for non veg items where one may get chicken/fish etc.
However it is crowded place and during covid-19 one need to be careful while visiting this place like maintaining social distancing etc.
Visit this place when you feel need of it , else avoid as much as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally don't like this place. It is full of garbage. Cows are roaming here and there and try to sach vegetables for their hunger. Animals can attack on you for snatching any poly bag of vegetables. Zero cleanliness. I have observed after long time that even rates of vegetables are almost the same like other shopkeepers. I found that cost difference sometimes on some veggies. I just visit there when I need to go that side otherwise it's better to purchase vegetables from any hawker or shopkeeper near by my home. I don't recommend this place unless you want a huge amount of vegetables for your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kotla market is famous for less pricey shopping. Its a good hub of most of the shopping items. Kotla mubarakpur vegetable markwt is also famous as it is an old market for vegies & fruits vendors. Veggies are available at good price here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can buy any kind of vegetables and fruits. But this market is really really crowded. Because of the cows and bulls it is very difficult to drive any vehicles. And the roads are not well-built. This market is attach to the main urban location.

You can see price difference of almost 50% (vis a vis near by markets)for same quality of fruits and vegetables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, let's accept the fact that this is probably the most crowded area and issues like too much of rush and no parking space etc are a given reality.
For a hassle free experience vehicles can be parked at the nearest Metro Station. E rickshaw service is in abundance.
As far as crowed is concerned, this can be easily avoided if the shopping is planned from 11 am to 3 pm. You can take advantage of conveniently chose from fruits and vegetables piece by piece.
Overall this remains the most value for money place for daily needs. Not just the fruits and vegetables but for all the household items.
