★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad dr over there,no benefits for free consultation,a very bad system over there once medicine sold over there if not effective den they wont take back,mention on the bill also,i wont recommend this to anyone total waste of time waste of money,no medicines are effective,just doing business bus.

.I.had 7 days course .it was really effective and got good result. The lady who massaged me was excellent and an experienced staff .I highly recommend this place ..

I will look for some other professional Dr somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place only because of I thought kottakal is very well-known in ayurveda . But unfortunately I encountered worst experience.
Dr, Mr Muralitharan was very rude and very unprofessional.
I stepped in his cabin with my mother and Dr Muralitharan said "Patient come in and the other go out". I don't know why he wanted only my mom to come in, and asked me to "go out"
I was shocked to hear a Dr using such unprofessional language. He could have used a polite Language insted using "go out".
I immediately stepped out with my mom without attending.
A lady was waiting outside, (probably a old patient came for follow up) she heard the conversation and told me not to take it personally as he speaks to everyone like that, and he is a visiting Dr in several other Kottakal branches so Patients have no much choice.
I regret that I visited this place with high expectations, I would never come back to see this Dr Aacharya Murlidharan again who perhaps look at patients as his slaves.
He was very insensitive and unprofessional. These type of people ruins the reputations of such esteem organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking hairfall treatment since past 1 year and after spending almost 30,000 rs there is no result at all. Since Ayurveda takes time to show effects the doctor keeps on saying it will take some more time on every visits. Also the staff is super inefficient and slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are on first floor of a commercial complex that is not well maintained. The building does have an old elevator but it is better to take the stairs. Car parking is available on the road outside.
One has leave foot wear outside their premises. They have a bench for patients who are waiting. Two doctors, a lady and a man sit at this clinic.
They have a manual recording of patient details and prescription. I have found their doctors prescribe appropriate medications after patiently listening to the customers.
The preparation of the medication takes time. Mixtures are prepared after the prescription and one has to wait for the process. The store person is helpful and repeats the dosage and instructions in the prescription. They even give a plastic flash to help customers measure out the liquids.
The pharmacy also has personal care products on sale. A mezzanine floor has a massage table used by the clinic. The clinic charges no consultation and the medication is reasonably priced.
Although there are other stores of theirs af Thane I prefer this one for ease of parking and good service I have received over multiple visits.
