★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a shervani 2 year back. It was 24000 in cost. Recently I visited to get it readjust to my size but staff was so bad. I thought I should meet manager for that so I asked for store manager
He replied me we ll charge you 3500 for alteration and we ll not guarantee it ll happen or not. You ll have to pay if it does or not.
Pathetic and unsatisfactory reply and tone was too rude
I get it readjusted from A khatri and also in just 1200inr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. I am a regular customer but not anymore. This is second time that I have faced problem of not getting good product & service as promised. Koyo is big name in the market but that doesn’t mean that you guys will sell us faulty & damaged products which can’t be even replaced by you.
I request everyone who is planning to buy clothes from this shop, please avoid it if you can. There are other shops which are good with customer service, product & price.
