★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an endotrainer. Warranty of one year. Stopped working the next day itself. Mr.Rahul gave false promises that he will get it working. Eventually stopped picking up calls.
Fed up ,went to his Mahim shop, returned it.
Money not given back.
Now they have the endotrainer as well as money. Shameless. Unethical. Cheaters. Liars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality. Ordered a laparoscopic trainer, which was wrapped in newspapers, the edges of the metal box were bent and had to force it open. The light source consisted of a neon lamp with its wires sellotaped together and stopped working at second attempt to switch it on. The camera was broken on the way and had to order a replacement one, which again never worked and eventually replaced it with a different one ordered from Amazon. Not to mention the price went up by 100£ when I specified I want it delivered in the UK. For the price of 350£ one would expect at least good quality wrapping to avoid damaging the product. I would be very concerned of the quality of their surgical instruments.
