★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very informative and the tutor was very friendly when teaching. You are not required to have any technical background to understand their teaching , because they teach you like its "ABCD" for you. I'm giving it only 3 stars because I only understand English , and despite the advertising in English and the agent assuring me it to be in English , some classes were in Hindi. My main tutor was using 90% English and 10% Hindi but sometimes when he was not available, I had a substitute tutor who used 80% Hindi and 20% English . Those classes I had from the Sub tutor , I still don't understand the lecture completely except for the written part in notepad . To me more than the written part , the explaining part with using real life examples are important to understand especially when you don't have technical background. My main tutor explained in English in layman term and It was easy to understand. My main tutor is "Kunal Gambhir" best tutor I had . You are paying a hefty price so please check the details before joining and pray you get someone like Kunal sir.

The corporate culture is so friendly and amiable, from coworkers to management everyone maintains a positive attitude and works cooperatively to ensure we all excel in the workplace. Being an Intern under Kratikal Tech Pvt Ltd. was a very wonderful experience for me. They gave me a real life project topic to work on. They all was very supportive and friendly. After the completion of the project, I feel very confident to try out new things on my own. I have learnt a lot about many practical issues. I have an affinity for the IT sector and I can shine in this field. The company is growing immensely, so there are very positive vibes throughout the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, you cannot just walk in as they work in a co working building. So you need to know someone with whom the guard may confirm your entry. People were nice, I walked in for an interview with no prior notice though they entertained me and took my interview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't micromanage. It's good. Salary issues weren't there. Work flexibility is there.
But lack of experience in managers in terms of management, no professional communication between the senior leadership and L1, company needs to work a lot on this. You can't always rely on managers to analyze your L1's efforts and contribution.
You're a fresher, must go for it, learn n grow, don't fall in flexibility. Experienced professionals, keep a backup for you if joining.
