Well behaved nd amazing staff as well....one of the best salons I have ever been to.....I did a haircut and hairspa nd the result is grtt!
I would recommend evry1 to go nd try here atleast 1ce,trust me u wil love it❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting this salon since the time it started, till today I didn't got any chance of any complaints regarding anything. Even my wife's bridal was well groomed. Staffs and the owner behavior is excellent. I recommend to all Durgapurians atleast they should try once to fall in love with Kreation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't generally write reviews online, especially, bad ones. But I had to write this one. I booked my appointment online for hair colouring based on many good reviews and reached there in time. Had to wait more than one and half hours, still had no luck getting their time. Most of them were talking to other customers they already knew and serving them (walk-in customer). Worse part is nobody even offered water while I was waiting for 1.5 hours - basic hospitality that we do even for strangers that come to our houses. I have lived in big cities, going to all kinds of beauty parlours and salons, and I never had to be in this situation before. They either tell you that it will take time and offer a reschedule or re-prioritise their experts to help you wait less. I think one can always spend money on good interior decor for the salon and experts for different services, but the very simple philosophy for genuine hospitality is "treat other people the way you would like to be treated in the same situation". For a salon, I guess people should treat customers the way they would like to be treated as customers. Otherwise it all looks transactional and disconnected with people. My intent is to give constructive feedback even though it might sound unpleasant but at least it will help other customers get better experience later. For me it was my first and last visit to the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overwhelming experience overall. Profound and clean space of work. Affectionate behaviour of co-owner sushmita di is an addition to the table. Suman da and his team is outperformer in hair segment. Never seen such homely feelings in a professional salon.
10 out of 5. Yes Its Ten Out Of Five.

Behaviour is quite humble....
The boy who chopped off my hair....had done a wonderful job.... quite knowledgeable.... happily satisfied....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a haircut & hairspa. My hair was damaged from diy highlighting & hadn't had a haircut for over two years after covid started. Did layer cut & the results are great. Prices are affordable, staff is good, friendly & homely. They have knowledge of what they are doing & gladly take your concerns & ideas into consideration while providing services. Have a visit !!
