I would like to say this in context to the previous comment added by this person Tushar P. Just like you said "Never clap by one hand, it always clap by both hand" then there must be something happened that's why people are reacting, its not the one person who mentioned about the salary issues, this happened with 4 of the employees, and few other employees who used to work in this company. You are saying some are trying to contact your client, not giving 100% or doing personal work, this is a pure lie, you can write here whatever you want but deep down you people also know who is wrong and who did what and how you made few of your employees target and forced them to leave WITHOUT PAYING THEM A SINGLE PENNY. And reading the review of this person tushar p, i guess any person can say who is "uneducated". Just remember what goes around always comes around.
And yes the owner is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE, VERY ABUSIVE, NOT TRUST WORTHY AND NO ONE SHOULD CONNECT TO THIS COMPANY.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

Mam has never treated me like an employee, but as a family member and it's my greatest asset. As I have worked with a couple of organizations before, but there is no comparison to the learning that I have received here at Kriarvi koncepts.

The owner Jitiksha Sheth is telling her friends and employees to post fake positive reviews, always keep changing the company address.
She abuses the clients behind their back, mock and make fun of them.
Doesn't pay their employees salary on the name of corona and make them work without paying and at the time of giving salary she says i am not going to pay, do whatever you want to do (this is what she has done and said to my daughter n few of her employees).
She has took legal action against her, it is my request to everyone to not to work with this company....all her clients and people who wants to work in her office please take this note.
Her behaviour is very rude.
Jitiksha Sheth is not going to pay you single penny, she will say she'll pay you good salary but she won't
I am writing this review because i don't want this to happen to any other person.

Let me tell you all whoever is thinking of connecting or working with this company, please don't.
The owner has achieved another heights of being rude and unprofessional, no moral and ethical values.
I've also got to know that the owner doesn't pay salary to the employees,
this is very unethical and unprofessional, atleast inform them if you are not going to pay salary.
This women (owner) promises she will pay but at the end, end up paying zero money. I feel bad for the employees of the this company who are hoping to get paid.
If you're not going to pay don't make them work for you giving false hopes. Especially in this Covid situation no body should behave like this company's owner has behaved, filling her own pockets without paying the team.
Zero respect for the owner.
