I brought a dress and give that for alterations. I went "kripal vastralay" 3 times to pick my dress but every time they made fitting even worse. Third time I was very angry(because dress was not ready, I waited for an hr) that I am wasting my time and if you are not capable of fixing size then refund and take your dress back. But store manager didn't had decency to accept the mistake and apologies(as refund was not possible). He was blaming me that because of me tailor stayed late(but there incompetent tailor was not able to fix fitting) and said you can take money and alter your dress somewhere else(he gave me 50rs).
I am not writting this because of fitting it's about respecting your customer. If he politely accepted their mistake. I might have visited the store again, But for them loosing customer was no issue.
