Good people who take care of the car and since it's less crowdy than the main workshop, the work gets doen faster too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested them to change my insurance name. but they are not doing any effort they are just keep ignoring my messages my calls and my talks everything. zero (0) after sale service. as i've visited them 3 times but they keep on saying that people will come at your home but no one had come. They are just ignoring Each and Everything. 2 weeks passed but still no response.
specially Mr. Urvashi their employee keeps on ignoring my call and their customer care people are also ignoring again and again. i always get a response as we will check and revert you in sometime. but there have no time for their after sale service.
i'm giving them 1 star because I'm not able to rate them 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and mr. Goel is a real jerk.. If u want to leave ur lovely car to get rotten for months in free air, water, and sunlight.. U must visit..
Goel the workshop manger is the worst guy and advisors there are looking like they are doing a favour on you by repairing your car...
Real jerk.. Must visit to have the same feeling as of me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of service and hospitality given to customers. And the credit for all these goes to BSM Mr. Vinod Goel and Service advisor Mr. Rahul. Highly disappointing person . If you want that after dropping your car at their workshop, your phone cudnt picked up or do not receive a reply about the progress of work on your car, then you are most welcome here!!!!
Your car will only get wrotten on a roadside footpath in sunlight, dust and rain for more than a month.

Also be ready to find new scratches on the car at the time of delivery.
Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was fine and easy to find. Staff handling me also was very courteous. The only problem is that my ciaz car is making weird noises after their service. I would have definitely given them a 5 , had they properly serviced my car.
