Although they stock a wide variety of books, stationery and gift items, owners behaviour leaves a bit to desire.
But lately, with increasing competition, things changing for the better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store doesn't know how to deal with customers. They show their attitude to the customers. When I asked the owner to show me a guide, he threw guide towards me and said its for 400. I asked him how much should I pay, then he said 20 kum de de bhai (rudely) That's not the way to deal with customer. They don't have proper knowledge of the product, they just want to make their sale. I won't recommend this store to anyone because of their rudeness service. If they treat their customers with rudeness off course now one is going to buy from their store. I hope that the owner of the store understand the lesson and make necessary changes in their attitude and prices for the product.
