Very excilent... Expert designer n staff

I gave a kurti altered and a suit for alteration two weeks back. There were 4 women and few kids sitting there in a small area without mask and breaching social distancing. The women who took my measurements seems to be a naive as she herself revealed that she is under confident of taking measurements for a lower. Hence I suggested the women sitting there that I can revisit to avoid any confusion in taking measurements if any of your tailor is absent today. However they refused saying she will do no problem. Despite my constant pointing out about improper recording of measurements she ignored me. Few days later when I went to collect the stuff I saw group of women with kids sitting and chatting not following any COVID norms. I collected the stuff and told her that I will make the payment after I wear at home and once I’m satisfied with the work. When I tried at home it was a blunder so I called her the same moment and slammed over the work she has done. Anybody whose clothes have been wrongly stitched would do the same! She badly tailored my pants rather she damaged the suit pant beyond repair which had costed me Rs. 3500/- She completely ignored the instructions I gave her and used a poor quality cloth. She asked me to wear the suit and revisit. I went after few days again ( yesterday evening) to this shop where again I saw women sitting and chatting following no COVID rules. Kids playing and shouting in the same room. Instead of admitting her mistake she started blaming me of not talking to her politely. She started shouting me in front of the whole crowd sitting there “ GET OUT” GET OUT etc. I won’t do your work mujhe paise bhi nahi chaheye chali ja yahan se. I took my stuff and came out. Considering my experience with this shop I would never suggest anyone to trust this shop to get their cloth tailored from here The environment is highly unprofessional, uncomfortable, non qualitative, unsatisfactory work and rude. I got my suits, my time, my energy wasted at this shop. It is requested not to get misguided by the stars and two words reviews as they might be fake and untrue.
