★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic...All cost cutting done. Duct area is such that the smell is all over your house. Imagine there is no fuse box and some metal wire used...risked the lives of many. Solar water and plumbing connection is such that one flat puts geyser and entire series flat get hot water. Fancy door bell but of no use. No proper maintenance inspite of u paying all amount. Lifts used has N number of issues. Please do not go for this building and @Krishna developers @unique group FRAUD
