★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, they don't provide u any details n reports tk more than 48 hrs.
No proper customer service, they have there customer service dept in pune who will keep saying we don't look for reports n gives u several nos to call n no one even answers that nos.
There is no clue of samples which u hv given for testing, it's still in process even after 48 hrs where test takes only 5hrs for results to come.
False promises ,I doubt even for reports genuinity now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff is rude and impolite. They disconnect the call in the middle of the conversation and do not seem interested in replying to queries. I don't recommend doing business with this laboratory. I hope they take efforts to train their staff properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't see any advantage of doing test from here. When i called the customer care number given on the website they ask to visit the pathology to know if reports are generated or not. During emergency times, wasting people's time. Will never do tests from here again.
