★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the worst shop in dwarka. I had very bad experience. I had taken my sound system to them and they screw the whole system and charged me falsely saying that they have changed some parts. When I show this to some other mechanic and I get the system opened in front of me I found that they have by pass some connection because of which it works at the time of testing but the whole system got damaged after playing the system for 10 min at home. I had told them the same thing but they told me that it is the fault of the mechanic and that mechanic is left the job so they don't care. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Rude and indecent owner who is aged enough but doesn't have manners to talk.
Replaced one of my original equipment part with a faulty one. On complaining about it he said I cant replace now and your part has been thrown as trash. And he knew while changing the part that the one he is replacing isn't appropriate sized for the machine. But didn't bother to inform.
CAUTION. DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP. HE FOOLS PEOPLE, CHARGES A BOMB AS COMPARED TO OTHER VENDORS AND NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT AS PER MY EXPERIENCE.
I WOULD NOT EVEN RATE HIM 1 on 100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncle is just amazing, he is having the most experience of every electrical items which we use at home/kitchen, I have brought a record player from USA and uncle repaired in just 2 days which many of the repairing shops said "NO", since then I have got my Mixer, Handle Blender, Foot Massager, Gyzer, Iron etc and everything is just working fine.
One Advise - Uncle speak on a very high tone, do not think that he is rude, he is very polite and understanble

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst shop in Dwarka who undertakes repairs on Hit & trials method. Has no knowledge but tries to give illogical explaination. The owner, an aged person is very rude but expects d public to consider him as senior person. Charges exhobitently but not assured work. The repaired damn thing stopped working at home when questioned, he along with his other members in the shop started arguing. Forces us to pay by cash & later refuses to accept the amount paid. Advise to all... First Totally Avoid, if compelled, then pay only by card or paytm as a backup to remind the old man. And b ready to visit second time for poor workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic is the word. The owner is rude and impolite. Has no value for the time of their customers. Gave them an electric blanket for repairs. Firstly he said they will open the stitchings and we'll have to get it restitched somewhere else on our own. Then asked us to collect at a particular time. When reached the shop they hadn't done the the work and started telling me how much work they had and that they hadn't even looked at the damn thing. Not prepared to accept this kind of attitude from someone you pay for their services. Both the person's an old man and a younger guy were so impolite that I'd never want to visit their shop again. Found the manufacturer of the blanket and sending it to the factory for repairs. After reading some of the reviews I'm glad I didn't trust them for the repairs.

One of the product was their own extension box only which they never repaired and are not picking up calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, impolite son of the owner as well as their oldish employee who does the repairs. The son told me rudely on phone we can't repair your appliance and to take it back today itself as they don't have place to keep it even for a day. They won't even look you in the eye even when they are telling you to get lost.
