★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this firm Krishna he is a nice guy...was finding difficulties to find a house on rent..searched lots of houses with different broker but was unable to find the relevant one...the Broker showed me N number of houses with reasonable rates and helped me throughout the process...Do visit him strongly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had taken a house on rent from a broker at this place. His Name is Sandeep Singh. I got his number from 99 acres. I called and we had a great conversation. Finally we decided to meet because I needed a house nearby so that It could be convenient for me to save time on travelling. we booked a house on rent by giving INR 5,000 to him initially and then I paid slowly other money for security deposit and paperwork. The deal was rent INR 12,000 and INR 25,000 deposit. This guy after getting the deposit money increases the rent by INR 12,500. I did not mind. I gave him his Brokerage later 12,500 and Rent in advance 12,500. later the circus starts. 1) He did no give the 1st rent to the owner. 2) He gave us a flat which had ownership issues. He did not even came to say sorry or showed any concerns after his money was cleared. Moreover he also kept asking Please give the rent money to me rather then giving it to the Owner. The Owner says Please give me the rent because The Broker SANDEEP SINGH does not give the rent on time. This agency name is not good in this area. so anyone who is wishing to go through this broker please don t go through them.Also If you don t advice him 30 days in advance before the contract is over He will deduct the deposit money because he has to pay it from his pocket. Their entire team of brokers are BIG CHEATS.
