★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer experience, always check the sizes of mattress .. I asked for 6 inch height mattress and they tried to give 5.31 inch mattress and taking money for 6 inches one.. and when I caught their cheat.. they asked me additional amount and asked me additional amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went looking for wallpapers. And they have the best collection of wallpaper catalogues that I've seen in Jaipur. However the staff somewhat lacks in awareness & needs better orientation/training with navigation & identification of wallpapers according to the customer requirements. I went with a specific need & they eventually gave up on me.
Nonetheless, it is a tastefully done store. Especially loved the Sabyasachi wallpaper in the staircase.
Perhaps, an employee with an understanding of interior design values & aesthetics would be a great asset- for the store staff as well as customer assistance.
I found Nilaya/Asian Paints much more professional & thorough with customer support & eventually, purchased from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at prime location, it does have a lot of variety in terms of fabric. Built in 2-3 floors, dedicated for different furnishing purposes, usually greeted by a bit unfriendly staff who seems to be rude and less bothered for your selection visit. They seems to be uninterested regarding your purpose of visit. Also it's a bit costly if you know the price & market of Jaipur. They do add 20-25% extra which seems to be unjustified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order no. 25024/1. Got this shop recommendation from my cousin. Ordered few curtains on 17th March (Half payment done advance). Was promised delivery within 7-10 days and servicing of rods (with extra charges ofcourse). Got a call after 19 days that the curtains are ready. Its been 3 days that the curtains are lying with them. Not sending anyone for Rod Servicing inspite of repeated reminders and informing that important guests arriving. Pathetic Services. Unprofessionalism at its peak. Worst will be - They will somehow try to justify this now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pathetic experience, they are completely unprofessional and unreliable. They wasted my 20 days in wallpaper selection, their person came home and took measurements. But they never got back and I had to follow up with them for 10 days asking update then very conveniently they tell me it’s not available. Why would you waste a client’s time like that? I had bought a sofa fabric from them earlier that’s why I visited but would never go or recommend there.
