Has two small rooms for dress change.. got a small underground car park suitable to park some 3 cars.. there r lot of shops nearby to buy any emergency things.. we can only bring food from outside.. doesn't have any cooking facility..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok for a small party. They also offer upto rooms in 4th floor. But rooms are a little tiny. Maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene has to be definitely better. Also found this to be a little expensive place for the size. Power back up is also provided at an additional unreasonable cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd floor hall is very good. The property is very well maintained with good hygiene. Property Manager is very cooperative & owners also very nice people. Parking provided in basement & they provide additional parking space if needed. Overall a very good experience & recommend this place for people who want to conduct all kinds of events

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is more about the hall and doesn't cover the services provided. It's a small party hall for ~150 people. The main hall is on 2nd floor and catering area on 1st floor. Very limited parking available in the basement - upto 20 bikes and 5-6 small cars. It's not a fancy building and the name of this hall is not displayed that big to see at a glance and there are chances you might overshoot the place. The lane in front of the building is not that wide and more parking can lead to traffic congestion. The building got a narrow lift and stairs. Google maps take you to this place but guides through a one way route. The nearby area is always busy and congested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Party hall is big enough for functions. Not preferable for big marriages. Parking facility is available in basement but it very small. 5 to 6 cars can park in the parking place. Out side parking is very risky due to narrow road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good space to do a function with 100-200 guests occupying capacity. Has a dining hall as well. But only disadvantage is car parking space. Have to park in some cut roads nearby and come for the function. Budget function hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on a busy road has got two halls very narrow and congested halls, has got limited basement parking facility for about 5-6 cars. Parking on the roadside is risky. The hall in the 3rd floor has glass lookout wherein sun rays falls into the hall and increase the room temperature drastically. However there is no facility for cooking in the 3rd floor hall.
