★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital staff is supportive but as you all know this is covid hospital so we can't provide medicine to patient. Pharmacist is not giving even 1% discount on medicine. Before you admit the patient tell doctor that I will arrange medicine . At kranti chowk you will get around 30%discount on medicine. Canteen owner is also doing the same,price of items is double. I think all hospitals are doing the same.

Zero cleanliness. No proper arrangements of ICU.
Poor communication for patient helath.
Untrained and Insensitive staff.I lost my father there but the insensitive staff didn't even call us there to meet him before he takes his last breath.
My mother who was in ladies ward of Covid got depressed because of unhealthy and Unhygienic environment there.
Also Medicines are sold very higher rate than the original. No discount on medicine

I have very proud feel to treated my mother treatment like family doctor. Very nice treatment, very nice supporting staff.
I suggest, kindly expand hospital as well staff & supportive doctors.
