★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very well built apartment complex. So far well managed. No water problems YET. Safe and secure. Cleanliness is very good. if you are looking for an apartment for rent or buying, it is a good choice. I stay here and hence giving this review. A small pool, kids play area, two shuttle badminton court and 450m of jogging track. There is a small nagaraja temple also inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name suggests, its a housing society. It has ground plus four floors (G+4). It has majorly 2 blocks A and B. And sub blocks A1, A2, B1 and B2 with proper lifts. It looks beautiful because of its greenery. Apart from their residents parking they also have visitors parking. We have visited one of our friends place here. We have driven our car here without any problem. It is 10 mins (1 km) walk from HAL main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.... managing committee is biased and president Mr.sheshu is coward.Residents(owners) are living in there own way no rules no manners dump society full of negativity.At the time of shifting pay 3k as move in/out charges ,and then truck is not allowed inside, they will not allow lift ,apart from this face encroachment of lift/staircase space area. third class society and resident of 2b-208 are best example of third class people they're very shamefully using lift/staircase area for their personal use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a middle class society. surroundings are neat and clean. Society has a temple and a grocery store. Ver close to HAL office and HAL airport and you can hear the sound of Tejas jet flying arround.
