★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located just opposite to Bhogal gurdwara. The location is residential, and the hotel is a little walk from the main road. Metro station, bus stop and Nizamuddin railway station are in close proximity to the hotel. The hotel has two buildings - one houses the reception and the other has rooms. It is primarily a building converted to a hotel. We had to literally ring the bell for someone to let us into the reception. After checking in we were transferred to the other building. When we had to leave the hotel, we found the main door locked, and had to call the staff to let us out. These are some small demerits of the place.
The positives are many. Room was clean and spacious. So was the bathroom. The hotel staff was constantly at our beck and call. There were no functional problems, the stay was smooth.
Remember, if you choose to check in very early, you have to pay extra.
We wanted to book the hotel again in a matter of 5 days, on our way back from our holiday for 1 night. But somehow the booking got cancelled due to water and electricity issues. We put up in a nearby hotel, which was also good.
They do not have an in-house restaurant. But there are plenty of shops outside to satisfy your hunger pangs.

But they have not provided even a water bottle as complimentary (they have charged Rs.30/1 liter Bottle), They have not provided any glass or jar of water in the room. when i switch on the AC, there was lot of sound in the panel board which is placed in the room (Room no 101). when i asked the hotel reception for that, he told me to switch on the fan instead of AC as the power is not sufficient for AC. If we want to switch on FAN, why will we select AC room for booking and pay more.
This Hotel is near to Nizammudin Railway station. (with in 20 min you can reach the station in any bad traffic condition).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stay. Rooms were hygienic. Rooms are not ventilated but are manageable. Owner should not question about local ID/ Outstation ID, as this should not matter anywhere as per the law. Rating 5 stars for decent behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice stay. room was very clean. nice food also. everything was fine. we were departing at 0430 hrs, the boy who was in night at reception getting delayed to wake up to check out and to open the main door of hotel. it is my request that need a little bit improvement in a avoiding such behaviour. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their initial approach was not good, We booked an room but when we went to check in they said they are overbooked and they moved us to opposite hotel. Their Guest service was not up to mark, basically there weren't any service there at all!! Only when we pointed out and shouted about these things they acknowledged it. Glad they did it.So only if you want to plead for your rights as a guest go there , otherwise choose another hotel!!
