β β β β β Extremely irresponsible and dishonest set up for a medical shop. Called them for a delivery and after 3 hours of waiting suddenly denies to deliver. Tells flat out lies in face and completely arrogant. Very bad experience.

So my allegation of outright lie is actually bang on.
Fact 1: I have talked to the guard and their heads. All of them clearly said your delivery person was UNWILLING TO GO UP TO 21ST FLOOR AND DELIVER. HE EVEN SAID WE ARE OUT, SO WE WILL TAKE IT ON OUR WAY UP. Who gave him this information only he or you will know.
Fact 2: We ordered at 7.30 pm. We know very well when your delivery person reached our premises. The time is logged in the register. Which is several hours after repetitively calling you.
Fact 3: While we complained to you first you said the delivery person has already come back to your shop now you can't do anything. Then on probing further, you immediately said the delivery person is yet to reach your shop and you will ask him when he comes.
The above are simple facts.
There is no internal matter of the society that needs to be solved when you are unwilling to service your customer.
May be the internal matter which needs to be solved is between you and your delivery person.
Because, it sounds really an interesting story when every delivery person is allowed in the society and just your guy was stopped. All day everyone is getting things delivered. Food, groceries, pizza, everyone is allowed. And your guy, who is carrying MEDICINES is suddenly not allowed. Strange!
And the claim of you doing a lot to serve your customers may be true for anyone else, but not in my case. So I have every right to say it out loud. Instead of asking me not to say things in public forum, you should spend your time in making your service better AND SORT YOUR OWN 'INTERNAL MATTERS'.
