★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour from staff, 1st they publish big advertisement of 17%off on normal medicine (not generic) and after I
placed order and continuous follow-up they inform condition that 17%is only above Rs 3000/- order.
Even after agree on 12% discount, I waited for there delivery not to surprise that I have to again do the follow-up and than they inform about they will not deliver my order in Malad (east) as my order amount is Rs 300.
They should clearly mentioned the condition first, rather than mis leading advertisement.
On call they were no co-operative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional people who work there. They are rude and may you feel that they are doing a favour on you by delivering medicines. Then when you get upset they have the audacity to say we said nothing and it's the customer who is creating the ruckus. I so wish people in the medical field who treat people like this should be banned. They chose to service the community but not humiliate them when already they are in stress.
