They will charge u more.will replace parts which is not required to be change.refer booklet before going to them and change only that part which is required to be change according to booklet.othervise they vl rob u like anything.

This service centre is a big cheat, the concerned person is very rude and make false commitments. No professionalism.... Don't know how to repair a car. My car was kept for more than a month, and after lots of follow-up he delivered the car. Please don't go with this service centre, I will be complaining to TATA also. No stars don't deserve even one

This is not worst, but from 20 days i am FACING worstest experience. They don't deserve even a SINGLE STAR. They don't have any professionalism, they don't even bother about the customer after receiving the work. I am very upset with the service and response I get from them. On day 1 only I told them that I completely depending on my car (as it is Commercial car, T-Permit) and my source of income is this car only. Every time they do false promises they don't even bother to call and inform the status when they suppose to do so. For better understanding my problem and their responses mentioned below. 30th April : 2019 My car met an accident and right side (Driver Side) front door damaged & back door need to be repaired. 1st May 2019 Labour's day ( Holyday). 2nd May 2019 : I handover my car to service centre (KRISHNA MOTORS) 3rd May2019 : Their (Service Centre, Friday) weekly off. 4th May 2019 : Surveyor from the Insurance company visited the service centre for inspection. (They suppose to call & Inform me about the Inspection as they promised, but they informed me when I called them). 5th May 2019 : I was expecting their call as they ask one day to check whether the door lock also damaged or not, to give (just to inform on phone & take my approval) the estimate. 6th May 2019 : When I didn't receive any call from the service centre, I called them at the evening then they gave an estimate and I told him to goahead with the work. 7th May 2019 : I called to ask about my original documents (Insurance Papers, RC, Driving Licence, Authority & Permit) that i handover to them at the time of my 1st visit (On 2nd May 2019, as they told me it's its mandate for Insurance claim), and when I asked about the status then he is saying that I didn't approved. Accepted for his sake and again told him to start the work. Also shared My bad financial conditions and requested him to try to reduce the bill amount. Then he asked me to send a work approval message (through SMS, May be scared that I won't pay after work completed :)). I did it immediately and asked him to SMS me the list of my original documents that he have. Today is 18th May 2019 till now I didn't receive the same. I asked him the date by which will I receive my car, he told it may take 4 day to get the door and 2 to 3 days to install it, mean while he will complete another door work and on any cost will deliver the car on 15th May 2019 to me. 12th May 2019 : I called him to know the status, then he is informing me that the door which he was ordered from the company, he received as damage. 13th May 2019 : (He was auppose to call and inform me about the status that whether any other local authorised dealers has the same door in exchange or not. Expecting his call as he promised as usual no calls from him). Again when I call him he is telling stories that one of the local authorised dealer has the same door but it may take some time to bring it. 14th May 2019 : Again I called him to know the status, this time he is telling the stories that all his employees been hospitalized including himself. ( was expecting his call as usual) 16th May 2019 : Again I called him to know the status, this time he even doesn't has time to say hello at least. He received the call & cut the call saying that he is busy & will call me later. (He know it's me as he saved my number). 17th May 2019 : He called for the 1st time before I called him, as it is Friday (weekly off), and yesterday (16th May) they had Internet problem, he doesn't know the exact status. This is the update I get from him :). And promised again that he will call next day (i.e.18th May 2019) morning around 9:30 AM / 10:00 AM. 18th May 2019 : Waited for his call, as usual after not receiving any call from him, I called him around 3:30PM, but disconnected my call after ringing 3-4 times. This is the customer service am getting from KRISHNA MOTORS. I lost more than half of the month behind them. I am tired of their false promises and no response nature. If Anyone planning to take their services, my only suggestion is think 1000 times.

Worst experience at this service center. I got my car delivered after a constant follow up and i discovered that my left side headlight was not working when i was driving in a ghat section at night. I somehow managed to reach home by driving at low pace. A day after when i checked the battery connection, i found out that the headlamp was not even connected to battery. Also other fittings were not properly done. I joined the connection and lamp started working. This is a real blunder from Tata service center! The floor supervisor just always gives a sweet smile to pretend they are serving customers well and keeping account of each problem reported by them but the ground reality is they are not even checking the cars thoroughly they are delivering to customers.

Worst service centre They don't have spare parts Takes 4-5 days for servicing of your car Does not cooperate Better to go at mahalaxmi motors , ambernath or at Sudarshan motors , Bhiwandi bypass..

Pathetic service. They don't have any technical knowledge.All they know is to smile and delay service .Road side mechanic shops are much more equiped and knowledgeable than these guys . Gave my car for a minor repair and even after one week they are unable to resolve it. They do commitment with out proper study of problem .Avoid visiting this Tata service center

Wish there was an option for giving negative stars! Pathetic service. Gave my car thrice for repair. All the three times they couldn't figure out the issue. But still charged me. Fourth time they figured out the problem and then they asked for more money. When I denied giving money, they ended up creating more issues in my car. Never get your car here unless you have too much money and time and the guts to see your car being deteriorated!!!
