★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class furniture, infact refurbish furniture is prepared in this big factory. Further, GST input credit is not available on GST portal . Chasing Sudhir for the GST input since last one year but nothing is done.
Beware before buying products from KOFS!

Now at least ITC is reflecting in my GST return.
Repeating again, Bad quality and after sales service is pathetic. We had got office chairs from him and within a few days the fabric of the chairs started to tear off. Chair Wheels started coming out automatically. And once you tell Sudhir the problem he stops answering your phone or responding to mails, messages . He just goes incommunicado ! Not recommended at all.
I just got all my chairs repaired last week and person said these chairs seems to be bought from OLX as parts affixed are mismatch.
There are couple of things which are going to happen ,once you bought your furniture from KOFS:-
1. They sell old furniture after refurbishing . It was difficult to believe how can a such big manufacturer can do this. Not only me but other buyers are having same issue.
2. No response after sale.
3. Mr Sudhir dont bother to response to your call and keep on saying he is resolving the issue(if he picks your call from a different number)
4. Be ready to get insulted in front of your premium clients and regular employees because they fall\slip from chair because of sudden breakage.
KOFS is not that big that someone will waste his time in writing review for you. I feel my hard earned my money is robbed. This force me to write truth about you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ looking at the huge factory you will be shocked to realise how bad service can a company provide.
Furniture supplied after 3 week delay, it has been 5 weeks and it is still not assembled.
Forcefully took full payment before despatch and supplied incorrect items too. today is 4th day after I received all items and there is still no assembly done. Scratches and dent on furniture.
Owner, Mr, Sudhir, is inhuman and does not accept his mistakes.
Better not buy furniture than buying from this big scam company.
