★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this PG for over 2 years, after living in different flats and PG across Alipur , my search ended here .
Following are the facilities i would like to point out :-
1) the rooms are big enough for 2 people ,
2) Not every PG gives you kitchen in them , so it is very big advantage that this PG got a beautiful kitchen 1 kitchen in every flat , so that you can cook whenever you get hungry ,
3) The rooms are sun facing and in summer the rooms stay cool , and in winters you can enjoy the morning sun through the Balcony
4) rooms are not conjusted , have a hall in flat
5)Water is available 24/7, power never goes stays 24/7 as well
6) The pg is very close to market , it hardly takes 1 minute to reach market , and the area is very secure
And situated in a peaceful environment .
7)Last but not least Owner is truly understanding , I never felt that I was not at my home and also have a very good relationship with them. They respect privacy very much , I have not seen any owner respecting your privacy but they just truly know what to do and what not to do .
My review is authentic , I just want students to get a better place to live , try visiting the pg you'll know by yourself.
