★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice PG. Believe me, I have stayed at almost every PG in the vicinity. At first I was very sceptical but unlike my experience with other PGs in Adajan, I was very happy with this one. The owner would come help you whenever you call him.
Another important thing to note was that though he asked for advance rent and deposit, 2 days later when I had to leave PG for personal reasons, he was very understanding & deducting the rent for 2 days gave a full refund.
Also there're all amenities like bike parking, Hi-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine for clothes, individual cupboards(double-door size), clean rooms with regular cleaning, beds, fully functioning kitchen, common fridge, a tiffin supplier and much more else.
Hats off Niravbhai. ? Best person to manage a PG.
