He took entire commission as advance. We had agreed on a list of tasks to do before handover of flat which was 15-20 days later, like fixing bathrooms, cleaning construction debris etc etc.
I was naive to pay his commission and on the due date, when handover was there, he asked me to clean the construction debris in the house by myself, fix the bathrooms by myself, all of which was clearly discussed that he would do.
For every discussion, which could have been on a 30 second call, he would say that come to my shop, as if he has done a multimillion dollar deal and we should meet for everything.
While leaving the society, he blocked the movement by colluding with society people, asking me to pay for this and that.
Totally feel harassed and I repent ever meeting him.
