Machine as expected started seeking cost from 12 Months. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of fraud services by Pureit. After booking germkill kit they came to install and damaged the filter. Now they are saying that pump is not working which needs to change. Which will cost Rs2500 more. Moreover they will force you to buy various parts by saying that these have damaged like sediment filter, flow 450 etc etc. I have bought the pureit advanced (RO and MF) at Rs5400. After one year they are saying that my filter's sediment filter, flow-450, gkk1 and pump all have damaged which will cost me Rs5700 which is more than filter actual cost. They are looting customers in this way. Stay away from Pureit.

I recommend all my connect to stop buying this **itty products (PureIT of Hindustan Unilever). The parts of the purifier is worst than Road Side products which stops working after every few months and the company will keep on charging you heafty replacement fee.
Moreover when you lodge complain on the same they again start pushing for AMC Contract with Heafty Yearly AMC Bill's.
Now you all can understand the strategy of the company.
