★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of customer centricity. I purchased sarees and Shirt Materials for gifting. I expected cotton/paper bags. Reply - we do not give bags. I said I am ready to pay but they do not any bags.
My request :pls look for ease of customer. Customer cannot rush to another shop to purchase bag. This is basic need, and customers are ready to buy.
Moreover the cost of sarees are exorbitant.
During my previous purchase, we observed that the saree height was short. We had specifically asked for long saree for a tall lady.
Conclusion : wrong decision of visiting your shop twice...
