★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shalini bajaj from bangalore krisia holidays is one of the most rude unprofessional travel agent that we have had the misfortune of meeting. We (group of 5) had taken a tour package to dubai for 5 days with her. The package planned was overpriced and when we reached there we realised that we got the worst of all tours be it the city tour, dhow cruise, dessert safari.. also, she gives false information about the places for eg - we kept asking for global village to be included in the package and she incl heritage village in abu dhabi saying its one and the same! How would someone trust a travel agency who doesnt even know about the places they are planning packages for! And the responses we used to get from shalini was so rude, unfortunately we had already got the visa done from her, otherwise we would have cancelled. Please do not waste your money with her, it would be much better to plan the trip yourself...
