★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before doing any kind of business or getting hired just visit the office you will be saved.
There will be a queue of people abusing, shouting and stressed .The people who are working for him are Pathak's relative and "CHOOR" too like him.
It will be worst of your luck if you get trapped by these "CHOORS" .

Cheap company & cheap managers
Bad project management

Nobody followed professional ethics.
Those staff are working more than 1year in KRP just because of income comes from other side means from below the table
Don't get fooled by this company
All the good review of company given by head office staff
KRP is not able to give sallery to staff & contractors
Engineers first month sallery will be done on 5th month
& Contractors payments of first bill will be not done at any time
Means KRP thinking is take work from contractors & engineers but dont give sallery
As per my information 9month Engineers get there 2month sallery after 6-8month
That's after pressurized management
however whatever sallery of staff done while working is only
Once you out from company forget your whole salary they will not give any money anyhow
After resignation engineer or contractors will go to the office in bad mood
There bouncer will do their work
I think if you are good imaged person and good personality person
You don't need bouncer for fighting
KRP used there bouncer at payment and salary time of staff and contractors
KRP owner that is Rahul Pathak belongs to Uttarpradesh Lucknow
And had Ex-Airforce person
So he misuse their power, mind and money.
There is no future in this company
& also company don't have there own future if they will not changed there philosophy & way of working
If this will continue than I can say confidently this is the last phase of the company.
