★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service I ever seen first they forced me to get highest insurance because my all household items are new and expensive.when i received the item so many items where damaged glass mirrors broken and I informed K.R.S. Priti but she didn’t give me any reply not answering my calls it’s already being 2 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.I booked them from kanpur to mumbai for shifting my home material.They deliverd house goods in damged condition and boxes were open.They deliverd material like cloths,sofa,matrices,books in wet and damage condition.I recorded video of all this.My scooty was damaged.Cloth stand was damaged.they charge me for insurance but the insurance copy was not provided till material delivered.My car is still in their custody.I am writting this just afyer seeing my material.After whole unpacking damage may more.please dont go for them they are very unprofessional.If they will not settle my harm.I will take legal action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go for them.. worst service.. I regret I should have seen their reviews before..I booked them to transfer my things to delhi 3rd floor.. everytime I mentioned 3rd floor and I paid high due to that..when the goods reached they didn't pick the call ..somehow I had to arrange guys to unload the goods to 3rd floor and paid them. They were not picking call afterwards and denied to pay for that.. They also send goods quite late after two days..no receipt also..

B. No respect and patience
C. Uses low grade packaging materials
D. Broke the tap of my water purifier, wood of beds among others
E. Owner also assembles and disassembles the beds, electrical and electronic devices
F. Doesn't act on after sales complaint
G. Money hungry
I They don't maintain required work force; indeed owner does the work of labourers, electrician and carpenter.
J . They made the loss of Rupees 1000 to me by breaking articles.
