★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to update my new phone number to my aadhar card.He said I have to provide Aadhar number and phone number and once I get the OTP from Aadhar centre my work will be done.
I should then pay him. I agreed. I got the OTP but my new phone number didn't get linked.He said ir takes 2 to 3 days to get the PVC card.I checked on uidai website and it still doesn't recognize my new number. This man is trying to bully me to pay him . He is shouting at me and has demanded me to see him tomorrow at his centre in Borivali . This agency is weird.He makes unnecessary comments and is not at all professional. He keeps insisting that I need to pay because I had agreed to pay when OTP arrives He is conveniently leaving the part where he committed that receiving the OTP meant the new number is linked which hasn't really happened

He is mentally unstable he will take all your money and won't entertain you I have applied for my documents in uid to find which documents have been used for aadhar card

Does not do the job properly , lacks information and misguides and then will ask for double money and still not do it properly .
I was stuck with him , readers please be aware before going to him.
Owner is mentally unstable .
Even the lady who sits with him laughs at him.

Mr. Krunal was very prompt in the beginning when he entertained my query and promised to help me make changes in my Aadhar card
He called me multiple times to make the payment for the service which I did immediately
I paid 1000/- for basic work and post that I haven’t received any response
I waited for a month as it takes time to complete such process
After that I’ve called this guy every single day for an update
He answered my call a few times and said will share an update immediately, which never happened and now he’s stopped answering my calls
It’s been more than a week
Not at all trust worthy and reliable
I lost my money and my work is still pending
Really disappointing
