★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Kent Grand Star here, cost 18,500rs. The very next after installation it started water leaking(photo attached). after calling twice they send technician(he has zero knowledge on repairing). He added new device to the purifier but problem not resolved. He nearly works for 2hr to fix that, even tested board of purifier. I doubted that they sold used one/someone returned due to fault(I only thought this). Somehow he added some devices to fix that problem but the very next day after installation such problems no one expects that to costly device.
Finally water leaking problem solved but it started giving too much noice which is not have prior, when we asked technician he said very carelessly that is common. but that is not existed when he installed after purchasing. I understand that, it is faulty product and asked them to repair and give or Replace. They didn't agree for both.
Such worst service from them. I recommend anyone to buy only IF YOU WANT TO FALL IN TROUBLE WITH FAULTY PRODUCTS
