Krystal World - Gurugram

Based on reviews here, I ordered a small single door order before proceeding to larger one. We asked for replacing a wooden door with UPVC to shield from noise from Water pump. After multiple discussions, KMW delivered a useless door wherein sales person out of his imagination did not seal door at bottom with a UPVC member/sash responsible for sealing door airtight/noiseproofing... His justification : Most customers don't like that. But that just screws whole purpose of noise prooffing. We got 40 UPVC Doors 3 years back Aluplast/Roto with 6-8mm glass, excellent noise proofing. These doors are way more superior vs KMW door. KMW defeats whole pupose of replacing nice wood door because we see no difference with outside noise wasting our time and around 90% of money paid to KMW. We tried to chase KMW, simply washed hands saying drawing was approved by us. We discussed at length about handle, lock, opening etc ..also shown our old UPVC doors. Still mistake was made by KMW by wrong assumptions and not revealing those during design phase, may be to save on profile cost. So conclusion : Don't get fooled with Google reviews. I am sure most of these are fake to show up in competetion while true face is something else .. I am a real end user, have nothing to do with UPVC window business, just that I am a well aware user who has got large installation done at our house, so I know challenges. KWM : Site address : V 19/27, DLF 3, gurgaon, basement door. Please stop your staff trying to convince us to hide your mistake .. PLease correct mistake and resolve the topic. The engineer visited multple times, asked about handle, opening .. glass thickness.. why did he not ask about about leaving door unseal from bottom .... why would I install a UPVC door when I have to leave it open .. when this is entry door and sole purpose of putting UPVC is to shield from noise. Your team was made aware about problem right in beginning .. why did they made some assumptions .. without any confirmation.... PLease be honest to accept and correct it. Prior to this installation .. I did mention to your team for getting additional orders for front facade covering ... no one reverted back even when we had good terms .. Please introspect have some business sense .... You definitely have failed and missed a huge order from us.

We approached Krystal world for a small work one door and small window, Interaction with owner was nice as but the sales team i would say is negligent and ignorant, after sending multiple reminders to Mr. Ramesh Chauhan I am still to get a final quotation for my request. I think their sales team should gracefully say NO if they don't want to accept a order below certain value.

Krystal Magic World is one of the best uPVC doors and windows company we found in NCR. I got the windows installed from Krystal World at my home. I must say that whosoever we got connected in organization from sales team to installation staff every individual was thorough professional. Fabrication to Installation, finishing of work speaks about the quality of product and experience. Moreover, the solution provided was very cost effective. Team KMW - Keep up the good work.. Since all our efforts from last one month to chase management and CEO Jatin Kapoor for delivery of UPVC material goes in vain despite the fact that we already paid required amount in advance. We have no choice left to raise our concerns therouh this platform and appeal to the concern pls look in to this matter as top most urgent and deliver us the material without further delay. We did nothing wrong to deal with your esteemed organization and we should not feel cheated. T LAST:-Finally, we settled down with the support of CEO Jatin Kapoor . According to Jatin due to untimely delay in row material from their parental company PROMINENCE they are helpless to expedite order this make situation worst for both entities. My humble opinion to the management of Krystal world to make sure that customer shouldn't suffer for any reason. We can't forget to mention that this has been possible due valiant efforts from Jatin Kapoor. Good luck Edited as on 4th sept 2021 We did big mistake revising review last time under the impression that now management of Krystal world will be taking care of valuable clients and providing sales service.... The worst experience to deal with this unprofessional behavior of their CEO JATIN KAPOOR . We are facing multiple issues at regular intervals in terms of poor quality and workmanship and bring in to the notice of Mr Kapoor CEO on his WhatsApp account. People will wondering to know his response he said that last time we appreciate them just bcz our problem fixed after hue and cry on Google so we have no right to lodge our complaint again and again. What's this nonsense? They had written warranty for 20 yrs and it's hardly 8 months job complete and we are facing quality related most issues. # Unbelievable but true that Poor quantity locks are not working and could be dangerous for security reasons to safeguard of our family just bcz of negligent behavior from the management. We want to alert them that if anything happens wrong will be the responsibility of the management. Apart from that color faded issue has already addressed on WhatsApp. My WhatsApp chat with Mr Kapoor is the best evidence of his behavior to linger on but not interested to fix problems. He's so insecure that he blocked me from Facebook to protect himself. Hope the sense will prevail in time and management of Krystal World will awake to proceed further with taking care of their clients problems.

No stars Nothing positive. Everything is worst here. Shut down your company, if you do not know how to behave with your clinds.

The company services are useless. The team is approachable after taking money. Do not supply items on time. Stop taking calls after that.

I have been using krystal windows for more than a year now at multiple sites and thanks my builder friend Mr. Ambwani who reffered me to them. I had very bad experience with my previous vendor will not name it here.......krystal team not only supplied me new windows but rectified two of my previous sites as well. It's been a great experience using krystal windows. Staff is very prompt in response and excellent post sales support. Keep up the good work krystal team...... ??

Jatin and Team at Krystal World UPVC windows helped me find a solution to counter 24x7 Diesel Genset/ Generator noise created by Mall 51, Sector-51, Gurgaon behind my home. The solution provided by them has reduced noise levels by 36 to 40 percent using UPVC and Laminated Double Glazed glass as per their commitment. Now the noise levels have reduced from constant 78-80 dB to 48-51 dB. Excellent Product, Delivery and Value for Money solution. Photos attached
