★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunderpur branch, The Guy sitting at billing counter is very arrogant and doesn't know how to treat customer. Very disappointed with his behaviour, sweets are good but staaf especially that guy is very rude. . Sack tha guy immediately, whoever is he but behave like local gunda type.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweets quality good, but staff is full of ego. The cashier behaves as if he is the mayor of Varanasi. His behaviour although is very different from people who are from political party( neta type people). I think they are the biggest buyers from the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As heard it's newly open and that's why have limited options available for snacks items. Most of the people take away the sweets. No sitting space or table s even to eat by standing. It is good only to take out items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical indian sweet shop. It is a part of a chain sweets shop named Ksheer Sagar. They serve a large variety of Indian sweets. Staff is polite and they try to follow covid norms. Eating at the shop was temporarily closed due to covid.
It is advisable to visit the shop after 11 am as the fresh sweets arrive from the main branch.
