They have looted the customers by charging double of the deposit rates for Oxygen concentrators during peak Covid time and are not at all responding now to take back their equipment and repay the refundable deposit as agreed upon earlier. I would urge everyone to think 10times before buying their products or Services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented an oxygen concentrator in the month of April and paid double the amount without bargaining due to the demand and necessity. They have neither collected the concentrator back nor have they returned the amount. We agreed and understood their financial crisis for 5 long months. We have maintained the condition of the concentrator as it is when it was recieved. Yet they have not returned the amount and service to the customer. No proper response for the same.
Worst customer service and not trust worthy.
As they think only they are facing financial crisis in current situation.
