★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit to KTM tamluk, and the experience was pathetic, I visited here to get my KTM duke 390 serviced(paid).
Location- Its on the main road, so reaching there is no problem.
Non technical Staff- Very unprofessional, not at all courteous
Technical staff - very less knowledgeable, they dont even try to bend down to check whether brake pads beeds replacement or not, they just blindly say that parts need replacement.
They didn't even checked basic things like light working, indicators, brake light, meter console.
Basically its a bajaj service centre, It dont have a seperate section for KTMs.
Less transperency
My eperience - as soon as I entered the ktm/bajaj premise there was no one to assist.
The attendants there was very very very unprofessional.
No one bothers to attend customers.
I dont see them making proper job card, they using some kind of register to note down the issues that I have mentioned.
Being a KTM duke 390 (hefty 3 lacs ruppes) bike owner the attention or treatment I recieved from KTM tamluk is very pity.
I will post my after service experience, detailed bill and charges, parts replaced, labour charges and all required details in my seperate review.
